How to do Meditation at Home?
It is required to seek a silent place where you will be doing meditation. You can not focus if there is a disturbance around your presence. There is no specific time of meditation, whenever you feel you want to do meditation you can start. It is my personal opinion that you can do meditation either in the morning or before you go to bed. There are so many ways through which you can meditate.
If you don’t know how to do meditation just sit and focus on your breath for 10 minutes. This is the very basic meditation if you are a beginner.

Meditation for Beginners
If you are not sure how to do meditation, then don’t worry. I have seen so many people who have never meditated in their life. For a beginner, you can just focus on your breath, just observe the breath that comes from your nose and goes deep into your belly area. Observe it for 10-15 minutes. I know initially you may find it boring, but once you keep doing it for a long time, you will feel good.
There is a second way of doing meditation which I also used to do when I was a beginner. You will find a lot of meditation videos on YouTube, make sure you download the “Guided Meditation” video. Ads may disrupt your meditation hence download it and turn off your phone to avoid disturbances from calls or notifications.
Just use headphones and follow the video instructions, it will help you to do a proper meditation. Just try it, it is amazing.

In Indian religious and philosophical traditions, meditation has been considered a major means for the integration of the soul and the divine. Meditation has also been mentioned extensively in Buddhism and Jainism.
